FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR MY ORDER?
- Time lines vary as some services are outsourced and completed by trusted professional companies. For specific lead times on your build please contact us via instagram or email at lspecdatsun@gmail.com. For items that are in stock, tracking information is typically provided within 72 hours from time of purchase.
2. DOES MY ORDER COME WITH WARRANTY?
- We are happy to offer 30 day warranty on fully stock builds only. Due to the nature of aftermarket builds and the different variables we do not offer warranty on any aftermarket applications.
3. DO YOU STOCK ALL PARTS?
- Available inventory varies on what is requested. Some items are readily available and others may require sourcing/refreshing to be used for an order.
4. WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PART FROM?
- Over the years of building and collecting most items come from our internal inventory however in most cases an item is sourced from other suppliers or individuals who contain the required components to complete an order. This is only done after the item is sent off for cleaning and testing to ensure the components are safe for use .
5. DO YOU ACCEPT PREVIOUSLY BUILT MOTORS?
- Yes we do. We are open to finishing or getting your build to the next step. This includes but is not limited to using supplied parts by the customer, ordering aftermarket parts desired by the customer, or sourcing aftermarket parts from 3rd party suppliers by our professional recommendation.
6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes international shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for pricing on shipping quotes prior to placing an order.
7. DO YOU HAVE A SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM?
- For inquiries on our sponsorship program please email lspecdatsun@gmail.com with pictures and details of your build.
8. DO YOU OFFER IN HOUSE INSTALLATION?
- No we do not offer any in house installations. Please consult with your local mechanic or auto shop for installation of your parts.
9. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
- We are located in the heart of Ontario within Southern California (91761)
10. WILL I BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE ASSEMBLY OF MY HEAD/BLOCK?
- With the volume of orders we have in process at any given time, we do not have the ability to individually update each customer throughout the build/assembly cycle. If you need an update feel free to contact us at any given time by emailing us at lspecdatsun@gmail.com
